"Nice hotel, nice area. About 20 minutes walk to the city centre, and entrance to an underground station directly outside the hotel. The room was perfectly comfortable, very neat and clean. Only annoying thing was the music from the rooftop bar on Friday evening/night, which I could hear in my room on the floor below. Not super loud, but the bass really carries. Also, they should seriously consider getting a squat rack for the fitness room."

"One of the best experience from the beginning to the end, especially the first impression front desk concierge Mr. Achmed, (sorry if I didn't spell his name right), but he made the whole experience fantastic, from getting tickets to the opera, recommending and getting reservation to the best restaurants, to knock at our room door to bring my wife a delicios chocolate cake to I wish her a happy b-day, I wish I can have this kind of employee in my business, he deserve everything about this...

" Convenient quite location, rooms were clean and spacious with comfortable beds. Unfortunately our 2 rooms were not serviced daily with clean towels and the beds were made only once out of 4 nights. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay in this hotel."

"People were friendly and helpful. The room was extremely clean. The location was great- 2 block walk to the U3 and 4 blocks to the ring and trams. Lots of places to eat, drink and shop close by. Breakfast was very good- great coffee, lots of tea choices, meats, cheeses, fresh fruits, brotchen, kuchen, eggs, sausages, fruit juice, etc. It is not pretentious and fancy. It is much better than basic lodging."

"Overall, very good. Easy access to the main train station across the street. Accessibility from the airport to the hotel was a breeze by train for a very reasonable price of under 5 Euro. Excellent panoramic view of the entire city from the top floor. Excellent front desk staff. Only negative I would say is the price of breakfast for 27 Euro I thought was way over priced for 1 person who only wanted eggs and bacon. Just skipped it. If you have an early morning flight, best to take an Uber...

"The Hotel AM Konzerthaus has an efficient and friendly staff. Check-in was easy, the room was very clean and tidy, and they even sent us a special gift for our anniversary after the reception person happened to ask if there was any special occasion we were celebrating. The location is close to the concert venues and art museums as well as shopping and dining."
