Staff was very kind, we asked for a room with a nice view and was actually provided one. Very clean, close to the city centre (walkable), but also to a train station with direct route to the airport and main train station. Would choose this hotel again without hesitation.

Very friendly staff, very helpful with our dog - they had a doggie blanket and food bowels brought up to the room. The bar is fantastic with friendly waiters. Great room, very comfortable, great view, great shower. Overall a very good hotel, conveniently located.

I stayed at this hotel for 4 nights. The rooms was big and very clean, the bed comfortable.it' s not in the city center, but outside the hotel there is a tram stop, so it's easy to reach the main streets of Wien, or if you prefer you can walk to the center it takes about 15' walking fast.

It was a lovely hotel. I enjoy our big orange room very much. The tub was lovely. The staff was very nice. The bed was a little hard for me and I wish for healthier options in the restaurant.

Access to Vienna's old town was also excellent. If the indoor environment had been a little better, it would have been perfect, but I think this is a recommended hotel for anyone traveling to Vienna.

This is a large convention hotel. Good sized comfortable room with nice bedding. Great service from Rainier in the lounge. They are great at what they do but kind of an odd feel for vacation travelers.
