Location was GREAT. Loved being close to the underground station. We would get pastry, do wherever we wanted and come back to our nice clean and comfortable room and then easily found good food and shopping. If we come back to Vienna we will stay there again.

Nice room however we were opposite the service lift and so couldn't sleep in past 8.30am due to lots of crashing around, hoovering, etc. Not an issue if you are morning people I suppose! There is a traditional Austrian restaurant opposite that I would highly recommend!!

Good pressured water, and comfortable rooms. It has air conditioning which is something that you must appreciate while staying in any place in Europe. Tons of restaurants around and relatively close to the center. The personnel was courteous and attentive. It good place to stay in Vienna if you are on a budget (not requiring all the bells and whistles of a 5 stars hotel). Note: the gym has a single universal machine, an elliptical and stationary bike, but has a hell of a view!

Super central location. Main train and underground station in easy walking distance, theater very close. An absolute recommendation. Just don't forget to place the "Do not disturb" label on your door. The room service would elsewise enter the room already at 0800 o'clock even on sunday.

Good value easy location.

This was a good choice. It is a bit out of the main town but that is reflected in the price. It is near a ubahn and the westbanhoff and a pedestrian street with lots of stores and restaurants etc. There is a lobby area and a lounge on the top floor where you can spread out if the room is too small for you to work etc. The bathroom is a frosted sliding door which makes the double rooms onky suitable for thise that are very close. There is a fridge. A good Austrian restaurant across the street with nice lunch specials.

Quite basic. Decent breakfast.

Quite a basic hotel situated on the outskirts of the city but close to the blue route of the Big Bus Tours. Breakfast was very good, lots of choice. More so on Sunday v Monday morning. TV channels didn’t work in room. Also asked for fresh towels but they never came. The bar area is basic and little choice of wines. The surrounding area quite run down. Not quite what I imagined Vienna to look like. Staff were helpful.
