First class experience. Beautiful hotel with spacious meticulously clean rooms. Very nice cocktail bar. I want to thank Mat for his kindness in helping us print physical copies of tickets required by the venue. He was so patient and professional and really went the extra mile. One of the best experience from the beginning to the end, especially the first impression front desk concierge Mr. Achmed, (sorry if I didn't spell his name right), but he made the whole experience fantastic, from getting tickets to the opera, recommending and getting reservation to the best restaurants, to knock at our room door to bring my wife a delicios chocolate cake to I wish her a happy b-day, I wish I can have this kind of employee in my business, he deserve everything about this review. Hotel comes with a filled mini fridge for your use. The one negative was they did not have a secure network. For a hotel of this class, I would expect them to have a secure Wi-Fi for their customers to use.

I really loved this hotel! I would recommend it to everyone staying in Vienna. It was in a perfect location and walkable to the main shopping area. The restaurants were also close by and next door was the famous Central Cafe. The staff is fantastic. The hotel was very quiet and their breakfast was really good. Would stay there again when I visit again.
