This is virtually identical to their serviced apartments, but i had so many bad experiences there lately that i thought that i would pay 60usd more for the chance to get dishes and cutlery in the room and a faster checkin. But while we had dishware without additional fee, the room is identical, maybe a little less shadows from other buildings. Check in man was very friendly, but we got there at 11.30pm and kept ringing the bell, but no answer. The process of checking in would be nicer if we could do some online. After long drive a 10minute checkin is annoying. Fee for dog is high. Parking is ok convenient but still have to go thru lobby. Room was so warm. No way to control thermostat. Called down to lobby a couple times, no answer. Checkout not friendly by woman. They wanted to charge 20 euro if more than 10min. After 11am. We have stayed probably 30 times at this brand. We stay for the kitchen. Otherwise there are much cheaper and comparable options nearby. The customer service has deteriorated every year. Too bad.

Very close to public transport. Rooms were reasonably clean. Breakfast was adequate. Although there was an instance where a man entered our room thinking no was there. When he realized we were there he asked if we still needed the tv fixed. We did not raise any concerns about the tv the whole time we were there.

Rooms were very clean & spacious. In an excellent location too near the train station & tram stop which made it so super easy to travel around. The staff at the hotel were good except for one guy who really was not helpful at all. Very rude & made us feel uncomfortable asking any questions.

Fantastic stay at Adina. Great location with easy access to public transportation. Parking at the hotel was easy and convenient. The wellness was a great place to relax after a long day. Rooms were large and modern. Pillows need a major upgrade though. And breakfast was ok. Would stay here again.

A equipe toda foi muito gentil e muito competente. O hotel é excelente. O quarto é amplo e confortável. O banheiro é ótimo com excelente chuveiro! Não me atentei sobre quando o prédio foi construído mas tudo é tão bem cuidado que parece novo. A localização foi perfeita para mim. Na minha opinião, a cidade de Viena é uma das 5 mais lindas do mundo. O povo é muitíssimo gentil, receptivo e prestativo.

I booked based on the high property rating for 3 nights for a trip with my wife and 2 year old son. The washing machine was good to have and the breakfast was decent. What I am most upset about is the rudeness of some of the front desk hotel staff. I arrived at 9 am, with a crying 2 year old with zero sympathy and despite returning at 12pm, was not checked in until 3pm. I was chastized for booking on expedia and not the hotel website where a 12pm early check in is offered. Some staff were nice but most just don't care about service or kindness. The worst hotel experience I have ever encountered. Location, price, amenities - all decent - but this was my experience.

La chambre était très propre et équipée de tout ce dont nous avions besoin Le décor et le mobilier étaient chaleureux, de bon goût et neuf Le service était impeccable et professionnel Points négatifs: Les lits étaient extrêmement durs et nous n’y avons vraiment pas bien dormi Il faisait extrêmement chaud dans la chambre malgré le fait que nous tentions de baisser le chauffage au maximum. Nous avons dû dormi la fenêtre ouverte au maximum et donc les rideaux ouverts.
