「The check-in and room key access is completely online which is fine if everything works well. The property itself is very clean and well set up. I had trouble unlocking the door which turned out to be my own fault, but it was stressful being stuck in the corridor with no way that I was aware of to get help. 「Check in instructions were only in German, not in English - had to translate through my phone which is a bit troublesome. Bathroom became half flooded after taking a shower normally, water just kept seeping from the shower. Bathroom is also slightly molded. Wall has some holes from removal of probably furniture that were not made good. The property also has stairs towards 1/F upon entrance for access to room, not ideal for travelling with luggage or with accessibility needs. Asked for checking...
