"The location was good, and people at reception were nice. I had a good experience overall.
However, on my last day, the checkout time should be 11am, but a cleaning staff started to knock my door and pushed me to leave at around 9:30am. And I was offended by her annoying words and body language, which made me really upset and gave me a bad impression at last minute."
