A really nice hotel that’s close to everything. Staff was nice and helpful. Nice with a small fridge in the room and a fan during this heat. 10/10 will stay again.

Basic place to stay but perfect for getting around and clise to sightseeing stuff. No kettle in room but ask and the staff got us one . Staff were very helpful ordered taxi for airport

Beautiful old building with charming old-style rooms even thought recently renovated. Walking distance from the center of Vienna, with many restaurants and cafes nearby. Helpful and friendly staff. The rooms have no air-conditioning and can therefore be very warm at hot weather. The tram passes along the street frequently during the day, but not at night, as you could expect in the center of the city.

Nice staff and location. Our room looked Over a cafe that had night activity outside until probably 1am - so that may bother some folks. Overall excellent location and nice experience especially for price. Would recommend.

Excellent on a budget

For Vienna this is a very cheap hotel, just look at the UBahn to work out how to get there as it is a little walk from the centre. I found Alser Strabe to be the nearest or you can catch the tram to just outside the university and walk to the hotel from a different direction but all in all, easy to get to. Perfect if you’re on a budget. Rooms are a little dated but it’s clean.

overall this place was great, the interiors were beautiful, and it even has an auto-heat rack to dry your towels. It's not too far from the city area where you can walk but if we wanted to go somewhere far using public transportation, it seems you would have to walk a little farther and have to switch transportation. We ended up using Uber most of the time which is still good. Our flight came in really early before the staff came in so we had trouble leaving our luggage. But the staff were handsome and provided friendly service.

Bello, comodo e bell’atmosfera

Sembra uscito dagli anni ’50, un hotel perfetto per l’atmosfera che cercavamo a Vienna. Stile antico ma molto curato e confortevole. Nonostante il freddo, la stanza era caldissima, il letto comodo e la camera e il bagno pulitissimi. Anche la colazione era piuttosto soddisfacente. Non c’è reception h24, ma siamo stati accolti bene al nostro arrivo. Si potrebbe però pensare di mettere dell’acqua gratuita nelle stanze, l’acqua a pagamento non è una buona idea. In generale ci è piaciuto e, se torniamo a Vienna, pensiamo di soggiornare di nuovo qui!
