"What’s not to like?? Beautiful well kept property with all the amenities (except pool). Doormen, concierge, and guest services were timely, helpful and attentive. Andrea & Felicia in the spa were great. Will definitely recommend this to anyone visiting Toronto "

"We were concern with the noise from the planes based on other reviews. The room we had had sound phonic isolation. No plane noise disturbed our rest. Breakfast was good. Service excellent. We will definitely recommend the property. "

"Had a room with field view. Was neat until after the games. Bright spot lights shined into room all night long even through curtain cracks and holes. Cleaning crew cleaned stadium all night long with pressure washer. From 11pm-6am and start up again at 7am.. sounded like someone mowing their lawn outside my window all night. I get they have to clean but maybe make attempts at making rooms more sound proof. Not a wink of sleep was had. "

"I am a big fan of Hyatt properties, so I was not surprised to find a high-quality hotel in all respects. My only negative is the small bar which on Toronto Blue Jays nights is a disaster. There was a wonderful bartender, and she must have been made of steel to serve the crowd that was watching the hockey game. The hotel might consider adding a person on game nights."
