"Expedia site said parking and breakfast were included, however, they were not. +150$ for 2 night parking and +100$ for breakfast. The hotel also tried to charge me for items out of the mini fridge, when I took nothing."

"Rooms for a family of 4 should have less furniture than other regular rooms. Saw different rooms when walking around the hotel and felt a bit disappointed that our room had more furniture than the other causing some discomfort for our family. 4 persons means 4 bags and more shoes and toiletries... ..."
