I never leave reviews but I had multiple issues with this hotel. Property has insufficient signage communicating where the hotel entrance was especially coming from Squire beach rd. Traffic in area was terrible. They upgraded our room to a suite which was nice of them, however we quickly found the fridge full of food and counter, tables, and couch with crusty food a table was out of place - just very odd HK missed all this. Was like staff used living room for breaks. Beds and washrooms were fresh so decided to stay, just didn’t want to deal yk, so I cleaned the counters/tables, and called HK to clear the fridge. Room service menu should have been on TV UI per flyer but wasn’t. Called for alternate method to review RS specific menu they said they would text it - great. Instead of a pdf or web link it was subpar pics of the reception’s desktop I received a set of pics from two separate people and the photos sent weren’t even consistent. One night we ordered food from 4 vendors in the food court, 2/4 payment machines didn’t work with tapping my phone, good thing I had my physical card on me. After the second vendor’s machine “declining” my phone tap I received a msg from what looked legit from my bank saying to call them immediately at the “number below”. The # wasn’t a known # from my bank. When I called a legit # they had no record of sending the alert - be careful. We prepaid for 3 nights.
