"Wonderful, the staff were immediately helpful and relaxed. We were allowed into our room early, got a parking space and it was flawless. The breakfast was perfect, our stay perfect and I would come again. We only had 4 teabags in the room so had to buy some the second day but its hardly a big issue. Amazing hotel, friendly staff and fabulous break...thank you. It was appreciated. "

"Location very good, easy to find and large multi storey car park near by. Room was decent size, reception friendly and helpful. Breakfast in Masons Bar next door was very nice and the staff in there top notch. In quite a loud vibrant area but we didnt hear any noise in our room Only downside was the price but this was due to Taylor Swift concert so everywhere in Liverpool was at least doubled "

"A few small maintenance and cleanliness issues like chipped plaster on one of the walls, stained lampshades and cushion and one of the lights did not work and the plug in the Bath had no chain on it so trying to get it out of the plug hole was a nightmare, but these were all small issues and they did not affect our stay here and we were very happy in general. Lots of positives from this hotel, staff were very friendly and helpful and the room in general was lovely and the best part was the bed,...

"Staying here was a wonderful experience. It has only just open a year ago. Was given what probably is one of the best rooms in the place- on the upper corner of the building. Ceilings look to be 16' high. Despite being on a fairly busy road, I barely heard a thing. Slept 10 hour nights, then treated to a free breakfast where the entire menu is FREE for guests included with the price. And this was fancy food that I personally wouldn't normally have for breakfast. Apart from this is an open buffet...

"Quest was a great hotel! The room was clean and it was a quick walk to tourist attractions. We were there for Taylor Swift and fortunately the stadium shuttle bus was a quick walk away. "
