Amazing location with clean rooms. To the left of the hotel you have all the pubs and to the right all of the shops. Staff were wonderful and very helpful.
We were in the top floor room 506 with balcony - the finishing and facilities were immaculate, the hotel was clean and welcoming in the perfect location with a great bar and nice breakfast. Eric the concierge is the most affable welcoming and funny character that also rounds off the perfect hotel stay
Room was great- restaurant was great- they should offer valet parking we had to walk 8 blocks to a car park, I would have paid to have someone park it for me and bring it to front door.
Everything was perfect| The room was spotless, comfortable, and roomy (spacious)! Loved the vibe of the hotel and it is perfectly situated for the popular Liverpool attractions.
