Had a great stay. Kids loved the pool. All staff were very helpful and friendly. Rooms was perfect for our stay and bonus with free parking which there is plenty of. Would definitely stay again

Overall my stay was very good and enjoyable. The only downside was having to wait for breakfast items to come out which meant long queues and having to go back for certain items. Other than that I would stay again.

Hotel was nice, good amenities and very well present however there was no hot water all night and staff were unable to rectify this. Who main reason for our booking was a bath for my partners birthday and she couldn’t enjoy this.

Best hotel staff I think I’ve ever met! Had a great time, and was even allowed to dry off in the spa area after getting drenched watching the mighty Reds’ title parade. Would highly recommend this hotel and facilities.

Very friendly staff and lovely hotel

We had a really lovely stay at the Best Western Premier Knowsley Suites Hotel & Spa when we went to Liverpool for the weekend. The staff in the restaurant were extremely helpful with my gluten intolerant son and went out of their way to help us with options.

Great size room. Only asked for a basic room but this seemed massive. Great value and all round comfortable. Very clean and the breakfast was spot on too. Can't criticise at all. Not much around the area but not the hotels fault

On arrival there were plates of half eaten food left outside our room , I asked for them to be cleared away . They were still there the next day when we left. No electric during the night or in the morning me at no lights , no charging facilities etc. I have complained and asked for a refund but the hotel have not responded at all

Absolutely spot-on accommodation for a very reasonable price. The large rooms with separate lounge area, pool area and dinner at the hotel were all fantastic. Will definitely stay here again if looking for accommodation away from the city centre.

Excellent staff

Staff members were extremely helpful booking in was so easy even got an early check in. Margie in the restaurant very accommodating and the young man serving on the bar nothing too much trouble. Very clean my only downside not keen on hotel being on an industrial estate

The staff were warm, friendly and helpful during our one night stay. Whilst the facilities were a little dated, everything was in excellent working order and the pool, steam room, sauna and jacuzzi were a welcome addition to our stay. The breakfast was tasty, with plenty of options. We were in town for a LFC match and it was an ideal location for us.
