Staff are nice and the room was quiet and clean. It was a little run down, the air con was noisy and tiles were loose in the bathroom. But for a mid range hotel it was pretty good and I’d stay again.

Excellent hotel positioned in perfect y location to enjoy every area of Liverpool. 5 minute walk to train and bus stations. This Hotel’s service is excellent from beginning to end. The warm greeting at reception sets up everything that follows.

Beautiful lobby and hotel. The room was lovely but had a musty smell and looks its age. The corridors roo had that musty smell. Good location. Walking distance to city centre. Lots of cafes and restaurants around. Enjoyed the massage treatment at the spa. Was not happy that you have to pay to use the spa services such as swimming pool and sauna. Overall good experience and would recommend.
