"Very big room which was comfortable and quiet, the bathroom was big as well but the shower was too small for an adult. Breakfast was very good but the dinner menu was very dissappointing with poor menu and quality. "

"Very clean and spacious rooms. Great location next to the stadium and walking distance to downtown. Is you drive, you’ll have to use public parking overnight and the hotel does not validate parking. "

"I’ve stayed in Bilbao about 50 times for business over the past 10 years. This isn’t my normal hotel, but it’s a really good back up. The parking here is more spacious that many other hotels in the centre and with good availability even if you’ve not booked. The rooms are comfortable and the location is good for the river and the old town "

"A little out of town and on a relatively steep hill. However, there is a metro station only 200m away which gives easy access to the city. Next to a main road and so there was regular road noise at night. The pool was shut. Staff were efficient and friendly. The room was spacious and clean. A large sitting area on the ground floor to enjoy a drink from the bar."

"We stayed here bc of the great location- 12 min walk to Guggenheim, 5 min to shopping and dining, easy to hop on the tram. We also loved the lovely room, very clean, and we reserved garage parking- very convenient. Safe and lovely area."

"The hotel has great location, near to Guggenheim, and other tourist spots, bus accessible. Staff are helpful. The air conditioning and air circulation need some adjustment as it is quite warm. "

"We had a lovely time. However, the restaurant was very understaffed. We waited on the patio for 30 min before a waiter came to our table. We hoped to order late afternoon drinks and snacks. We were able to order drinks, but we were told they weren’t serving food anymore. However, people around us were still ordering and getting food. This was around 4:45pm. After we had our drinks and walked out, the host told us they were still serving dinner, but that the kitchen was understaffed. "

"Nice Hotel on the beach in Getxo, Bilbao. Excellent view from the room towards the beach. The restaurants were closed for renovation / change of owner and this meant no food was available in the hotel. There are restaurants close by and this covered up for this. "
