「Iconic hotel on La Concha beach. Can't beat the location! Staff is amazing. Breakfast buffet so yummy, although not inexpensive. The restaurant and bar staff on point. Front desk team helpful. Concierge, while a lovely person, gave a few recommendations that were "duds." The hotel is "older" and we had some issues with our air conditioning maintenance responded changed filters, but it never got to a temperature that was cool enough for us; but it was also a heatwave, so I assume the system was...

「Hôtel globalement satisfaisant, principaux défauts : - Oreillers trop épais, torticoli au réveil. - Pas de mouchoirs dans la chambre. - Chambre trop chaude, clim non réglable sous 19° la nuit et température supérieure. - Camions dès 4h40 la nuit, réveil très matinal sans réussir à redormir.
