Amazing view – totally worth it! The room was a bit dusty on arrival, but otherwise clean and comfortable. Room facilities were excellent and well-maintained. Breakfast was nice, though the hot food and dinner options felt a bit limited, especially for international guests. Overall, a great stay with stunning scenery!

Outstanding view of the bay from Monte Igueldo. You can easily take the funicular to the lower city and walk the promenade or take a bus right to the old town. We usually walked in and bussed back.

Beautiful hotel in prime view location with very nicely decorated rooms. Due to good weather they kept the pool open during our stay. Phenomenal views and quality loungers on the roof deck. A few of the staff were a bit brusque and we waited a long time for service at the bar when we first arrived. Room soundproofing left something to be desired. Opportunity to enable making a cup of tea in room not just pod coffee. Breakfast buffet steep at EUR 24pp

Une très belle vue depuis la Terasse, la piscine et le restaurant de l’hôtel. Une piscine belle et bien entretenue. Mais des chambres avec des installations et une décoration vieillissante. Per la 4 volta ho soggiornato a San Sebastian e per la 4 volta ho scelto questo hotel. Hotel elegante con camere grandi dotate di ogni confort, ma il suo punto di forza è la posizione. La sua splendida veduta sulla concha annulla qualsiasi altro inconveniente si possa incontrare. Ottimo anche il ristorante.

The hotel is nice and in very nice area, beautiful views!!! Unfortunately it was pouring rain when we arrived and we were not admited to the restaurant for diner but sent to the bar to snack and pay fortune compare to the old city restaurants. Was not very happy with the stay
