We took a tour of caves with Valencia & Go lead by Carolina Ceglinski. She was delightful, seemed very knowledgeable and helpful with questions, other than our tour.

Very safe and walkable. Quiet and not too touristy. We went in February and place was quiet.
Could easily spend more time in Valencia. It’s lovely to ride bikes on the green belt to the beach, and good selection for food. Kind of hard to get around on foot when you’re far from the subway lines though. Lots of walking.
The park that runs through and around the city is an absolute gem. The weather is always nice, and dining experience is amazing.
