The location is fantastic! Right across the street from the Guggenheim Museum and very near the river walk. Lots of restaurants and shops nearby. The staff is so friendly and helpful and the rooms are comfortable, updated and spacious.

An excellent hotel across the street from the Guggenheim (great view from the room). Fantastic concierge service: Needed to book a bus to Donostia/StSeb for the day but had trouble with the Avanza website (and my poor Spanish) - Virginia set me up the day before with instructions on where to find the bus. Perfect location, very nice amenities.
