Lovely hotel in good location, most popular places to visit are only 10/15 min by taxi or Tuk Tuk. staff are all great and friendly, shopping is at your door step.

Nice room and a great view! The hotel is slightly harder to reach except if you take the water taxi (which is super affordable at 12 baht, but make sure to keep operating hours in check) or a Bolt. It is close to a lot of local clothing shops, and I loved that it was right above a Seven Eleven. I would definitely choose it again a next time.

The hotel needs to be updated. We were placed in a room with outdated furniture that should not have been discarded. We did complain and they placed us in a much better suite. The staff was pleasant and accommodating to our needs. My daughter and son in law also stayed in the hotel and they had a nice suite that was updated and modern. They definitely need to do some renovation work in some of the hotel rooms. Overall, our stay was decent for the money.

Room had mold on the walls in the bedroom, the bathroom had cockroaches in it, the sink in the bathroom barely drained and then last couple days didn’t drain at all so we couldn’t use it at all On the positive side, staff was nice, and kept up with making beds and new towels every day.
