"We are clients of Expedia for many years, never having any problems before this time! We lost four full days of our 11-days vacation due to the invasion of the german cocroaches, the insects we have never seen even in the cheap hotels, leave alone the resort to which we have paid almost $10,000.00 for the 11 days stay! "It was an average property. I wasn’t aware of the daily resort fee prior to booking, so that was a shock. The room was nice, but a little dated. A place on the wall had some water damage and the toilets didn’t flush well. The shower in the master was a little suspect with the tile and nowhere to put anything other than a soap dish. "Check in process was complicated. Very heavy chemical cleaner smell throughout entire facility. Pool hours fluctuated because “sunset” depended on the interpretation of the security guard. So swimming after a long day in the hot sun wasn’t always possible. Location to beach was nice "
