Perfect spot for a quick, no frills beach trip! The location is fantastic. You can walk to a ton of dining options. The room was well stocked, and extremely clean! The property manager was extremely responsive. I will be back for sure!

We spent an enjoyable week staying at the Marine Villas. The communcation from the property manager was excellent, with all the information we needed to access the apartment and on where to park. The apartment was clean, comfortable and well equipped (even including beach chairs and umbrella we were able to take to the beach). It's in a nice quiet area, but only a 15 minute walk to the main area of bars and restaurants and only a short drive to a Publix supermarket. We only had one issue during our stay where the shower hose broke. I texted the manager and the hose and shower head were replaced during the day while we were out.

I liked how close it was to the ocean. The apartment was small but it had everything needed and a huge comfortable bed. The parking was close and we were assigned a spot which was most helpful. The stairway to the first floor was often wet due to rainy conditions. It was a bit frightening. The staff that helped with a broken lock were very kind and helpful.

The location and cost of renting were ideal. Views of the beach/ocean and the gemtle breeze made our stay very enjoyable. The property manager, Vicki, was helpful and responsive to issues.

We loved this cute and very comfortable one bedroom beach apartment. It just perfect for our needs! Right on the beach and Hollywood broadwalk. Location is walking distance to all the restaurants and night life, but far enough from the noise if you just want to relax. Vickie was very accommodating and resopnded quickly with any questions we had. Definitely will be staying here again!

My stay at Marine Villas Hollywood was EXCELLENT. It's was quite and very comfortable with everything you would need in the apartment for your beach stay. The view of the beach from the second-floor apartment was amazing and relaxing from sunrise to sunset. Vickie the property manager was helpful and attentive to my needs whenever I called. I hope to be back next year!
