南坎昆 3 星級飯店

「Overall, the service was good, but the hotel safe couldn't be opened on the last two days. I asked the staff three times, and they made me wait in the room the whole time without solving the problem, wasting a whole day of my vacation. When I spoke to the manager, he was extremely rude and showed no remorse.」

「This property is exactly what I expected. It was clean, right across from central beach, 2 blocks from restaurant row. Pool was clean. I didnt eat or drink there due to so many other options really close by. They swept the entire property, parking lot and all every morning 6am. Clean towels provided for the beach. Golf cart parking seems to be complimentary. Staff was helpful.」

「Very rude staff, only kind individual was the bellman. When they come in to clean the rooms, they don't change the sheets or clean the restrooms. The hotel is nice but the service was terrible including the bar service.」

「Very good hotel near the beach! The room was clean and comfortable. You can spend one day totally at the hotel to enjoy the beach and also the nice swimming pool in the hotel. Towels are provided.」

「No hubo luz al otro día y todo se complico」

「It's a fantastic place.」
