「The bartender was great! The staff member handling breakfast was great! The front desk was helpful. However, housekeeping could be a little more attentive. We never received room service. The first day we were not aware we needed to request it so I take the blame. The second day we requested it and still NEVER received it. Once we got back and realized our room hadn’t been cleaned the housekeeping staff was gone. 」

「In general, I liked the hotel and the rooms were very clean. I had booked the hotel because it had a hot tub, but unfortunately it wasn't working when we got there. We notified the staff (who apparently didn't know how a hot tub worked) It still wasn't working when we left, 6 days later. Had a coffee maker in the room, but had to request regular coffee, and front desk didn't seem to want to make any effort in finding any.」
