Hotel is perfectly located. 4 minute walk to street cars & Bourbon Street. Common areas appear very clean, however our bathroom seem like it was falling apart. Shelf for towels almost out the wall, tissue holder, also needed tightening and shower. We also received a downgraded room, which we were not pleased with. Hopefully someone reaches out to rectify this soon.

Our stay was great, the hotel is very centrally located, we walked everywhere or took the street cart that passed nearby. The room was very clean, as well as the common areas. The staff could be a little friendlier, but otherwise would recommend it.

I was in a room that leaked water from the roof. I was placed on my last day in a better room, this wasn’t fair at all!! I have photos and video footage and I am expecting to hear from someone today

This hotel is very nice and clean, check in was easy and quick! I’d say the only downfall was the parking. We had to park across the street and walk in the rain. It’s not convenient parking at all. Besides that it was a great stay and I will be staying their next time I come.
