"We were at the hotel for 5 nights. One night the fire alarm went off during the night. We waited over an hour in the parking lot. The attached restaurant had a false alarm. We received no explanation or apology from the hotel. An acknowledgment of the inconvenience would have been nice."

"The rooms are always clean and quiet. I was on the 5th floor in a corner unit. You couldn't hear anything, and I'm not being interrupted by it. The cleaning staff in the morning.It is so peaceful there.I would never stay anywhere else."
