"this place was dirty and the customer service was terrible !! they dont even have tap to pay plus under the bed there was nothing but filth and dirt ! none of the appliances worked and my bf and i were literally able to open our door by sliding the card through the door its genuine slop. paid 300+ ..."

"An emergency necessitated getting a room around midnight during 4th of July weekend. The night manager who answered the phone was pleasant, efficient and accommodating. Room temp and bed were most conducive for an immediate sleep. Complimentary breakfast was a plus."

"It says parking is included but I had to pay for parking every day. Front desk couldn’t fix it, the people she called didn’t fix it. Missed a work meeting because of the whole ordeal. Just the night is $24."
