The first red flag before even checking in should have been the 30+ cars congregated at the 7-eleven across the street, that were being disbursed by a police car. Since the guests are allowed to smoke marijuana in their cars, the motel hallways and rooms on the front side of the motel WREAKED of marijuana. When we complained we we told to turn our heating/ac off. Our first night we were awaken by an argument and throwing match from next door. Once we were finally able to get the phone to work we called the front desk. The argument lasted almost 1 hour and we called the desk 3 times before the noise stopped. One of our rooms was "clean", but the other smelled like a wet dog and had rust everywhere. There are not any hooks or places to hang your towels and the rooms do not have a closet or rack to put your luggage on. The second night the same situation happened to our adult children staying in a double queen room on the back side of the motel (it seems that the king rooms are on the front side and the double queens are on the unlit backside). There was days old food, trash and dog feces around the far entrance door. We were also lucky enough to have our dog find and adult toy under the headboard of our bed. The only plus side was that the motel was that it was next to a dunkin donuts and behind a breakfast restaurant.
