First checked into a room that smelled of pure Urine. Exchanged rooms into a room that smelled like it had been sprayed down with perfume/cologne in order to mask another smell. Toilet was broken (literally the toilet seat would not stay connected), shower/tub drain was clogged and the water would not drain properly while taking a shower. Couch in the room was clearly dirty.

The absolutely dirtiest hotel ever. Dirty sheets, I asked them to change the sheets and the new ones had hair on them. A spider in the shower, staff were neglectful and rude. The worst stay ever, and a I immediately left and canceled my two other nights. Do not stay here!!

The sheets weren't clean; there were hairs between them. They moved us to another room, and the sheets were dirty there too, with red and black stains. They moved us to another room again, and the heating kept turning on because of the cold wind blowing between the heater and the floor.
