「Apparently something was wrong with the water heater or the shower faucet becase the water coming out the shower was too hot or cold. Couldn’t have a medium water to take a shower. My stay was for 2 nights and they did not refilled the coffee in the coffee maker.」

「I would expect more from a hotel for the homeless. I was scared the death of bed bugs. Sketchy neighborhood, no staff, no lounge or coffee, contrary to photos and all their rooms are photo shopped. Never coming back. No soap, a sink that was gas station type, and no cups.」

「Property was clean and it is located right at the water. It is about 20-25 minutes away from the airport in an older part of Puerto Rico. There is a bar and restaurant attached. Food was good at the restaurant. Mixed drink ah not so much.」

「It is in the heart of Old San Juan. Hard to find a place so convenient to walk in the city. Only thing bothering me is it is so hard to parking in holiday season. I didn't find anywhere as parking lots nearby are closed 」

「The staff was very cordial. I had to move a night table to retrieve a hair clip and I can tell that no one has cleaned the area behind the night stand for a while and there was small roach. Shower curtain needs to be replace immediately. The plastic receptacle to connect the blow dryer is broken. The room needs a fresh coat of paint; there are scuff marks on the walls. The sheets looked worn out and the comforter feels very worn out.This room needs a serious and total makeover. I will not...

「The staff is wonderful, the place is dated but clean. Its in a good location for walking in Old Town. Do not get a "suite" or any other room with an open window or balcony if you want to sleep at all. Also dont plan to enjoy a shower unless you like corner micro showers circa 1970's mobile home. The people and location make the place just dont waste money on the "suite" or room with a window and adjust your expectations for Motel type towels etc. The street noise is constant and lasted almost...

「Beautiful, modern, and affordable room. I stayed in the 2 bed room with 4 people total and it was so spacious. The location is perfect for experiencing the La Placita nightlife (literally less than a minute walk away). Ear plugs are provide since the location is in La Placita. There’s a jacuzzi and outdoor shower in rinse off and sunscreen and bug spray are provided. Super easy for Ubers to find the hotel and overall could not recommend staying here more!! 」

「This location needs better front desk support, ran out of hot water during our stay, no mugs for coffee machine in room. Seems to be a new location and work still being done - would not recommend to stay at this location yet.」
