「Staff had no knowledge of how to extend a stay gave me the run around」

「The pictures did not look like what I expected. I read the reviews, but only renovations I saw in the room were the floors. My bedsheets had blood stains, so I covered it up with top sheet. The walls are paper thin and we heard kids running upstairs till 11pm. The fridge kept making loud funny noises,- waking us up. 「It’s a bit shame that we checked in at 5:30 pm and the covers are on the floor. Luckily we didn't check in late otherwise it might take longer time to do the beds. Hope it won’t be happened to next booking stays for the rest of people.」

「Wouldn’t recommend this place. Elevator broken. And has been for 6 months I was told. If you have luggage, a cooler etc prepare to lug it up several flights of stairs. Access to the unit is via a code. All good but another code is needed for the main entrance which is not provided. Had to call an offsite property manager but cell reception spotty. 「Gorgeous property with historical fun facts at every turn. Beautiful old architecture and authentic craftsmanship. Given the location and distance to outside amenities expanding the restaurant menu and offering more options in the gift shop would be nice.」
