Fairmont Hot Springs is our family’s go-to getaway place. My boys love the hot and cold outdoor pools. We’d spend all our time at the resort. Staff is always friendly and helpful. Our room with kitchenette is roomy for a family of four. Pool-facing rooms are really convenient to get to the outdoor pools. The reason I took away one star is that I really wish they would invest on their beds - they are too soft and not supportive for two sleepers with sagging on the sides.

Staff were supper friendly and helpful. The food, while a touch overpriced in my opinion, was really really good. The breakfast buffet was... a breakfast buffet. The only thing I had any issue with was : the 'private pool' is supposed to be 'adults only' from 9-10pm and that most definitely was not the case. 8.5/10
