「The hotel is lovely, it was quite quiet when I was there which was nice and they let me have a late checkout. The cabin was lovely with 3 double beds in it (was quite expensive though for off season). The kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked, the only thing was the hot water only lasted for about a minute then it was gone which is not great when washing your hair and the showerhead was not the greatest. The staff were absolutely lovely.」

「The staff were INCREDIBLE, really friendly, knowledgeable and went the extra mile to make us feel welcome. Hotel room had minor issues - our balcony facing works, no slippers / robes until we asked for them, and all room amenities (eg mugs, glasses etc) only set up for two instead of three people until we had to call up for them. Great pool that’s open 24 hours a day and we can use the beach facilities of the other Hyatt 5min walk away. I would absolutely stay here again」

「Best hotel I stayed in during my whole trip to the Yucatan area. The hotel is guarded by security in the front and once in the courtyard, noticed a whole bunch of turtles on the property. The hitel is clean and refreshing and the staff was very friendly. The maintenance people were constantly working on the property, whether raking the sand or trimming plants. The hotel has a beautiful beach area as well as a pier you can walk right on, giving you access to Cozumels rocky and fish filled bottom...
