"The rooms were clean and the staff were amazing! My only complaints are that the restaurant and room service coffee were undrinkable. You have to get coffee from the Cappuccino Bar or the Lounge 24. Also, it would be great to have beach access near the water sports area. "

"The property was amazing, however if you think you are walking to the shopping district or night clubs, it is further away. The Ubers are inexpensive and the parties that are provided, the is at another RIu which is further but they do provide transportation. The food was amazing but everything is done on the RIU app which you must download to make reservations and to see what the resort has to offer. If you love pool time or beach time, this is a great place to stay, relax and enjoy."

"I would definitely come back and stay at this resort. I really don’t have anything bad to say. I love the beach access even at night. I would just say if you’re getting an omelette for breakfast let them know how much cheese you want. And could also have more late night options to eat but overall a great stay!"

"I have been coming to the Riu Caribe since 2014, and there is a reason I remain a loyal customer: they treat you like a person, not just a number. From the moment you arrive, the staff makes you feel truly special. The check-in process was seamless. Valeria took excellent care of us and was absolutely great. I also want to give a special mention to Karen, who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was memorable. It was my sister and brother-in-law’s first time visiting Cancun, and my parents were celebrating their 58th wedding anniversary, so having that extra level of care meant the world to us. The resort itself is fantastic, featuring: Modern Accommodations: The rooms are consistently clean and updated. Prime Location: Beautiful, direct access to the beach. Excellent Dining: A wide variety of delicious drinks and food options. Atmosphere: The staff is incredibly friendly and attentive, contributing to a fun, lively energy throughout the property. If you are looking for an all-inclusive experience where the service is as high-quality as the views, I cannot recommend Riu Caribe enough. We will definitely be back!"
