「Bueno, me tocó la habitación 108, la señora de la Limpieza. Excelente condiciones de la habitación, buena pero sofá-cama y las camas regular aire acondicionado, bueno en comedores un poco caliente, ambiente de atención. Buena gracias」

「staff is amazing as is location. beds are comfortable and the shower has nice hot water and great water pressure! Beach chairs included with your stay and beach towels. Receptionist are great as are the guards. Stayed in condo # Twenty four and it was great although furniture wasn’t very comfortable for lounging but we were out most of the time so wasn’t too bad 」

"This is the worst 5-star all-inclusive experience our family had during christmas. We did not have hot shower for three nights and the room has been freezing cold. We informed the hotel the first night and they kept sending maintenance people without fixing it. And whats worse, they did not really care about our problems. Everytime I called them, I need to explain the situation again. And what I got is 'we will send someone to fix' ' the hotel is fully booked so not possible to change the room' or 'this is the general problem'. The daily activities and restaurants are good but I think the room itself is the basic of which the problem and technicians visits, really bother our holiday mood."
