"Butlers and all the resort staff at TRS were amazing."

"There aren’t enough words to describe how incredible this place and this staff are. We were cared for in ways we never expected and healed in ways we didn’t know were possible. This was easily the best, most transformative trip of my life and we are already planning when we can come back. There’s nowhere in the world like Nomade Tulum."

"Shibari is a great villa/ hotel you can stay in, with incredible staff that is available to help with anything 24/7 ! I had an excellent experience while staying here, and would love to be here again!"

"Enjoyed the spa, staff all around was courtesy and helpful. Food was okay, many of the desserts were bland while specialty restaurants were good."

"Amazing place to stay in Tulum. Very charming and great staff."

"The hotel’s cleanliness and maintenance were impeccable. We especially appreciated being able to communicate with the staff via WhatsApp at any time and how attentive they were to our needs throughout our stay. The price is definitely worth it, as the staff goes above and beyond to make the experience truly pleasant and enjoyable. The breakfast is great!"

"Great experience, great food & amenities"

"Our stay at Hotelito Azul was amazing! The hotel has been recently renovated, and the spaces look beautiful, fresh, and stylish. The digital check-in process was quick and easy, and the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. Our room was spotless, comfortable, and beautifully designed. We especially loved spending time on the rooftop terraces, relaxing in the jacuzzis and enjoying the atmosphere. A wonderful place to stay in Tulum—we would definitely come back!"
