「This is the worst 5-star all-inclusive experience our family had during christmas. We did not have hot shower for three nights and the room has been freezing cold. We informed the hotel the first night and they kept sending maintenance people without fixing it. And whats worse, they did not really care about our problems. Everytime I called them, I need to explain the situation again. And what I got is 'we will send someone to fix' ' the hotel is fully booked so not possible to change the room'...

「The hotel is beautiful. From the day we arrived, we were warmly welcomed and very well taken care of. The staff was extremely attentive and always willing to provide us with helpful information. The food was delicious, with a great variety of options. The pools were clean, and the entire hotel was very well maintained. The location was also great for the variety of activities we enjoyed with my wife. It was my wife’s first time staying at an all-inclusive resort, and she was absolutely amazed...

「Really appreciated Juan's guidance and suggestions on excursions. And Vivian who is part of the activities personnel did a great job with her talk on turtles. However, i do think some other staff need improved training on protecting the turtles from guests who should not be using flashlights at night looking for turtles. I reported another guest for doing this and nothing was done about it.」
