"There was an issue with the room I was originally given. The front desk staff couldn’t have been nicer about listening and reassigning me to a different room! I will be staying here again on my next visit-thanks to the staff and the location near so much!"

"The staff went above and beyond, eased our mind with directions and provided us with an umbrella during the rain to walk from the garage to the hotel. They made our first time visit to Chicago seam easy, gave great recommendations to see the view and places to eat and directions."

"First time in Chicago and probably saw just one member who was happy and making an effort to connect with the guests. Everyone else at the property appeared sad and not enthusiastic to see people staying at their property. This was even at the checkout time. No one asked for satisfaction. The property itself was really nice but some fixtures need upgrading. Loved the experience of staying at the property though. Great location. "
