「It was a honeymoon trip. We spent 2 nights at Hotel Blake. Before our check-in, I texted them through the app about our late check-in, and the concierge was so responsive. 「Loud noise from the structure of the building at random times during day and night time (till 2am). Noise definitely not from the street and our room was not facing busy street, and the banging noise (almost like throwing a dumbbell to the ground) came from the bathroom. Hotel claimed they did not know where the noise came from and refused to change room.」
