「Hotel was very clean staff was great they upgraded our room for our anniversary they provided in room champagne and strawberry on our anniversary day.」

「everything was nice. staff is nice and friendly. food is delicious. but the sofas is kind of nasty」

「I absolutely loved it here. First time all inclusive solo trip & I’m definitely coming back. I would ask for one of the rooms with a balcony. Just gorgeous. The only thing I could nit pick is the MVP bar closes at 11. Would have been nice to have it open a little later since it had the music.」

「Staff was very professional and helpful」

「Overall, the service was good, but the hotel safe couldn't be opened on the last two days. I asked the staff three times, and they made me wait in the room the whole time without solving the problem, wasting a whole day of my vacation. When I spoke to the manager, he was extremely rude and showed no remorse.」
