「Beautiful Property, Not a True Luxury Experience At $1,500+ per night, the expectation is a seamless luxury experience. Casa de Campo is visually beautiful, but service and value did not match the price. Check-in required a 25+ minute wait for a “concierge check-in”, while 2 front desk agents remained unoccupied, yet there was no meaningful property overview or proactive assistance. The room was standard at best and consistently humid. We had booked expecting a hot tub, but only select rooms...

「Clean room, loved all the nice pools. The microwave unfortunate didn’t work. Great amenities, beautiful scenery. Only downside was not being able to get picked up for our excursions from the hotel. We had to go across the street. Very nice and friendly staff. 8/10 overall. 」

「Garden area was beautiful and peaceful, with plenty of greenery and well-kept spaces. Swimming pool was refreshing and perfect for relaxing throughout the day. I enjoyed how close the hotel was to the beach, just a short walk to the Caribbean Sea and its calm waves.」
