  • We did an excursion from our hotel to smoked out in the reef, but it was dead. We did see some fish. Then went to this place and swam with Norse Sharks, held a sting ray and was kissed by a sea lion. I wish we had done the dolphin half.

The adult only side was wonderful for a senior lady. Food was good. Short walk to the beach and very close to the pool and buffet. Shuttle service to the reservation restaurants. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I never used the Spa but it looked very clean and well staffed. All in all a wonderful vacation.

The rooms were very clean, though there was no door between the toilet and the room which was not something we were emotionally prepared for, lol. Staff was okay, but inconsistent in quality and there were some lapses like wrong drinks, my partner not getting his appetizer at dinner, and our reservation for dinner being cancelled without them letting us know one night. We also got a pretty hard sell on their Travelers Club which went well over the 90 minutes quoted. They did take our no at the end very well and didn't push though. Entertainment offerings were quite good, music and dancing in the evenings. The beach massage was excellent. The beach was lovely, but the coconut trees are not consistently trimmed and we had one smash onto the ground a couple feet from us on the path which freaked me out a lot. Overall, it was an enjoyable stay.

The staff is so amazing. Definitely among the best care i have received in many trips to pc in different resorts. Extremely clean. The rooms are due for some upkeep but everything worked and nothing looked old or beat up. Good pool w pool bar, great beach area. Restaurants are good as well. Can be a little tough to get resevations to the a la cartes but we got to try 4 during our stay. Mama mia was my fav and we loved beloved for breakfast and lunch. Big shout out to , Carlos and Leonel at the pool bar, Ana in reception and Hansel in entertainment jaycee from beloved, they really made my birthday trip feel extra special. The small fee of royal within the much larger catalonia complex was a really nice personable touch. Will be repeating later this year

visited for my 30th birthday and it was amazing. the staff across the entire property was so friendly and happy to help or give directions at any moment. the pools and beach were well maintained and refreshing. the dining options were plentiful, with a mix of buffet as well as sit down menu options. the night life is so much fun with plenty of music and bars to enjoy for dancing.

This was the best resort we have ever been to. The staff and the food were exceptional. The a la carte restaurants actually served delicious food and the facilities and the beach were stunning.

Positives: Weather was fantastic, travel time for us was great, staff are very helpful and happy. Pools and beach are very nice. The food was average at best, often very bad - over cooked, served lukewarm. The best food we had throughout were at the BBQ / Paella at the adult beach - fresh & delicious. The practice of people 'reserving' pool and beach chairs by placing towels at 6-7 am is ridiculous and should absolutely not be allowed. The beach area reserved for privileged guests has the worst wifi signal in the entire resort - unusable. The room would have been very nice but is is aging - e.g. the sliding doors are literally falling apart, the re-grouting in the bathroom areas is very unprofessionally done - with black mould in places. We were offered a shower & changing room to reserve as our departure was late in the day - a very nice service. We had a 20 minute time slot but when we went to use it, ia room was not available. They then sent us to the Spa which would have been great except they had no towels. Awful experience to end our visit.

Room was spotless, very nice room and view by the pool. The staff was very friendly. Wilmer was the person on charge of help us with dinner reservations and provide us with general information about the hotel, he was very friendly and respectful he spoke very well English. The property was in good condition. Really, we accomplish our goal: to rest. We scheduled a very relaxing massage by the beach. I love that hotel offers a variety of restaurants to choose from. Also 20 min from the airport it was perfect.

Second time there, but we where disheartened with the lack of bar service at the pool areas. Last year we were asked about drinks several times throughput the hour. This time, about once an hour. The staff within Beloved were very shourt handed and took almost 30 minutes to get water or soda after sitting down.
