  • We did an excursion from our hotel to smoked out in the reef, but it was dead. We did see some fish. Then went to this place and swam with Norse Sharks, held a sting ray and was kissed by a sea lion. I wish we had done the dolphin half.

Great time with my wife, enjoyed the scenery and the staff was very nice throughout the trip! Food options were awesome as well! I was able to enjoy both side of Catalonia as well. Entertainment was also top tier, each night my and my wife were able to visit different bars and the theater to enjoy our night time at the resort!

My fiancé and I booked this trip for his birthday and our one-year engagement. We had the best time and the best service! We booked four nights from 12/19/25 - 12/23/24. The hotels is beautiful with tons of restaurants, shops, bars, rec area, pools and private beach. The staff works really hard and are extremely friendly. Quiet room, blackout curtains were awesome, great and easy service. Our concierge help us out multiple times with orientation and our a la carte suppers.lots a tables available for breakfast and lunch, nice and quiet on the adult side. Also had lots of options for chairs at the beach shade or sun, there was sea weed at the beach but we were expecting it. Overall great quiet relax vacation.

Room needed updated electrical and AC systems. Adequate food and restaurants but cats and dogs roaming the grounds made for unhealthy eating environment. Beautiful pools and palm tree beach area were enjoyable but good luck finding a poolside lounge chair

Room was good, a little dated but we expected that. The various foods available are excellent. The staff is very friendly and courteous. Amenities are great with the availability of two pools or the beach. Housekeeping was very inconsistent as was great for about 8 days, leaving the right amount of towels, stocked fridge and clean room. It went quickly downhill for the last 4 days like leaving only one fresh towel for the whole room, an almost empty fridge other than water and not cleaning any garbage or ashtrays.

Meals were delicious; service was top-notch! Pools were beautiful, drink were cold and tasty. Sand on beach was fluffy; lots of seaweed unfortunately. Many activities took place on the family size. Night club is located on the family side too. Adults only was serene and subdued.

The staff was amazing! Food was pretty good specially the dinners. Watch out for the tour sellers on the beach once you give them your money and you want to change something its not the easiest thing to do on the other hand they are much cheaper than the guys in the hotel for scuba diving hotel asked for $220 and the beach people did it for $150. Everything outside the resort seems very scratchy but all the people were nice and everybody was safe. Will definitely go back
