This all inclusive resort was our family's favorite. The food was delicious, staff was extremely helpful, and the resort was beautiful. The beach was also amazing and the water was clean and felt like an endless pool.

Excellent service, staff was very nice and friendly, beyond expectations, restaurant and buffet food was great, room was very clean. A little expensive resort, but it worth every penny. Overall experience excellent, Will definitely recommend and stay again!

Nice room, but with a couple different "minor" issues that overall were just a daily annoyance. Had a butler, but this was barely of any help. Food overall pretty good, some nights had limited choices at the buffet.

My only real complaint was with the “club” restaurants and premium dining options that required extra payment. When you advertise an all-inclusive resort, it should truly feel all inclusive, not “all inclusive plus another premium package.” That part was disappointing. I wish there had been more authentic Dominican food throughout the resort. Traveling to the Dominican Republic, I was hoping for more local cuisine and culture instead of so many American-style food options. That said, those issues didn’t ruin the trip at all. The resort itself was outstanding, and I would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a fun, upscale vacation experience.
