The property is very well kept inside and out. The location is perfect. Dining options can be hit or miss. Some onsite restaurants are excellent while others are below average.

They try to sell memberships before you experience the property on the first day of vacation. Sales personnel too persistent and make it uncomfortable.

Extremely large property, TRS is far away from the shows and is quite quiet; better for older adults. Yolenny was a great helper, Dolores is a great waitress, Luiyi and Wilmer are great bartenders and Albert and Rossel were great entertainers. The vibe was very relaxing and the service was the best part of the trip.

Delightful experience from start to finish.Greeted with warms smiles and a genuine sense of hospitality from the me moment we walked through the doors. Beautiful landscaped gardens, clean and spacious room an variety of dinning options available. The staff at the hotel were exceptional, going above and beyond to make my stay as pleasant as possible.
