「This is describes as a resort.. it is not. They share a pool area with the embassy suites next door. Everything here was a hassle.. from trying to reach the front desk, to parking, even down to getting towels. Nothing here is relaxing. The overall vibe is low-end, out dated, and loud. Not one thing here could be describes and nice, relaxing, or luxurious. We booked for 4 nights and left after 2. I didn't care about the money lost. It was worth it to leave and head east to the much nicer Hyatt...

「Beautiful, modern, and affordable room. I stayed in the 2 bed room with 4 people total and it was so spacious. The location is perfect for experiencing the La Placita nightlife (literally less than a minute walk away). Ear plugs are provide since the location is in La Placita. There’s a jacuzzi and outdoor shower in rinse off and sunscreen and bug spray are provided. Super easy for Ubers to find the hotel and overall could not recommend staying here more!! 」

「Great hotel with excellent location. But be aware that it is a boutique hotel. Only two small elevators for the whole hotel. You can hear everything in your room, your neighbors and everything going on outside. Walls are paper thin. But overall, good. 」

「This location needs better front desk support, ran out of hot water during our stay, no mugs for coffee machine in room. Seems to be a new location and work still being done - would not recommend to stay at this location yet.」

「Self check-in was a great feature, especially for travelers arriving at various times in the day. The property was very secure with a code to enter the property and separate code for the room. The room itself was clean with air conditioning that worked very well. Room was fitted with convenient amenities along with a small private terrace.
