Bel emplacement, propre, quartier sécuritaire mais le lit et oreiller doivent être amélioré. Un peu bruyant la nuit (rue) egalement. Super hôte et très agréable.

Very nice staff. The rooms were pretty small but very clean. The coffee pot is in a shared area, not in the rooms. They do provide beach chairs and towels. This is a nice location but you have to be off the beach by 6 as the secure gates for the streets are locked at 6pm.

Honestly a horrible experience. Bathroom is so small your bump into the toilet as you get in/out the shower. The owner/property manager is so rude and disgusting. He is so loud and disrespectful. We said we’re good and kept walking and he was literally screaming behind us even after we said we’re good. Quiet hours? Yeah that’s a joke. Honestly was like a college dorm with people in and out. Towels all over the place. People falling and hitting themselves on the doors - which are metal so that sounded pretty loud. Walls are thin so you can hear everything going on in the common areas. No parking. Park in side walk. Other places around have some spots made not this place. You just on top of the sidewalk.

The staff was friendly at welcome and even left welcome beer & water in the fridge. Unfortunately the a/c was super noisy as it turned on, there was no hot water, and the bed was very firm.

I would love to give this place 5 stars, but the bed was so uncomfortable I hardly slept the entire week I was there. We met some others who said their bed was fine, but the bed in room 4 was NOT fine. The mattress was basically like sleeping on a collection of slinkys and the pillows were paper-thin. But the location is great, rooms was cold & clean, and it was pretty quiet despite being on a busy road.

The room was spotless. The team was very courteous, angel and Patrick are great host. They make sure I was super comfortable. Had a wonderful display for my birthday. I will be booking here again for my next trip.

Close to the Airport, Cruise Lines and most important a short walk to the beach. A couple of restaurants within walking distance that were Good and reasonably priced..., rooms were clean but big enough for only 2 people.

The room I got had a queen/full bed. Sheets and duvet/comforter stained all over. The bathroom had no ventilation either, so after a shower the bathroom and room were so humid, it was hard to breathe. We had to leave the window open, but that didn’t help much either. The bathroom was also not the cleanest. The shower curtain had pink and black mold lining it. There was mold on the walls (again, probably due to the lack of ventilation). Also there are no racks in the bathroom to put any toiletries. The sink was installed in a weird corner of the "counter", so the faucet knob couldn't turn fully a certain way. The management was also hard to reach. After booking my appointment through Expedia, I got a text from the management providing with me with information about my stay, where my room is, etc.. I was told to text or call anytime if I had any issues. I messaged about the stain on the bedding and received no answer. I followed up the next day...no answer. When I needed to check out a day earlier, I messaged the management...no answer. I called multiple times at different times of the day....no answer. If you book at this location through Expedia, I highly suggest you only use Expedia as the primary form of communication. What I did appreciate during this stay are: The convenient location. You are close to a bunch of restaurants, a small beach, the SJU airport, etc. The shared kitchen space. You had access to beach towels and other beach items.
