"Considering that our room faced the railroad tracks, the room was quiet from passing trains. The upstairs room was filled with stomping & running children so that was noisy until about midnight. Paint was bubbled on the ceiling in bathroom and bedroom areas, which was concerning. Bed was comfortable for me but not my husband. Inn is next door to the Buzz Inn restaurant which is convenient. Inn definitely needs updating and repairs."

"Evergreen Hotel has been our go-to hotel when we visit our son in Monroe. The cleanliness and hospitality quality is outstanding! Friendly staff always ready to help. We stayed there over Easter weekend and Monday morning (9:30) we heard a fire alarm go off. The staff was quick to apologize and explain the construction crew was sanding and accidentally set off the alarm. We will continue to stay with Evergreen! Thanks!!"
