"Overall nice property. Nicely situated and beautiful choice of art work in the large lobby and atrium. I got a late checkout to attend a morning commitment and when I returned in a hurry to get out, my key did not work and there was a long line for checking out that I had to wait through to get key to work. IF they'd told me that would've happened, I would've factored in in my planning. I agree with another review that one coffee cup and plastic water cups was a cost efficiency I wouldn't have chosen. There were two of us in the room and there was no cleaning service so the one paper coffee cup had to last for two days for two people and I prefer glass to plastic water glasses."

"Property is well kept, and employees are helpful. Complimentary breakfast is really helpful, specially to families with children. The automatic pancake maker is a nice touch."
