「Our experience was very disappointing. While we were sleeping, the headboard of our bed suddenly fell off, which was both shocking and concerning from a safety standpoint. What made it even more concerning was that the back of the headboard had numerous scratches and marks, making it seem like this was not the first time it had happened. My only issue was the noise coming from other rooms and the very loud AC unit that we had. I went into another friend's room and saw a more updated one that was quiet.
